Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday Student solutions within higher education environments.
- Collaborate with academic, registrar, admissions, finance, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.
- Configure and maintain student-related business processes including admissions, enrollment, academic records, curriculum management, student finance, and graduation tracking.
- Analyze existing SIS workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
- Support data migration, system integrations, testing activities, and post-implementation stabilization efforts.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues related to the student lifecycle and coordinate resolutions with internal and external teams.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support institutional decision-making and compliance requirements.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, integrations, workflows, and user procedures.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end users, administrators, and stakeholders across the institution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Higher Education Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience working with Student Information Systems (SIS) or ERP platforms in higher education environments.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Student preferred.
- Experience with comparable SIS platforms such as Ellucian Banner, Anthology Student, Jenzabar, Thesis Elements, or Thesis SM is highly valued.
- Strong understanding of student lifecycle processes including admissions, enrollment, records management, financial aid, and academic planning.
- Experience supporting system implementations, integrations, testing cycles, and production support activities.
- Knowledge of reporting tools, data management, and system integrations preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in cross-functional environments.
- Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
