What You'll Do
- Manage the full recruiting cycle: sourcing, evaluating resumes, conducting phone and face-to-face (video) interviews, verifying references, and proposing job offers
- Perform unique candidate evaluations, including conducting sales discovery and closing role-plays, and coaching applicants to align with our internal sales methodologies
- Act as a consultative partner by proactively preparing hiring managers for their interviews and coordinating schedules
- Maintain accurate records of assigned jobs and candidates within our Applicant Tracking System while meeting or exceeding individual hiring performance goals
What You Need
- Minimum College/University Diploma required, with an HR background preferred
- A strong understanding of local Employment Law
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse is a plus!), Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs), and MS Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, alongside excellent time management
