Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Higher Education institutions, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while coordinating cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, technical consultants, and client stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining strong executive-level relationships.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate project kickoff meetings, status updates, steering committee meetings, and executive presentations.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement corrective action plans.
- Ensure successful coordination between internal teams (Implementation, Development, Support, and Sales) and client representatives.
- Manage project budgets, change requests, project documentation, and contractual deliverables.
- Drive client satisfaction by ensuring successful project execution and a smooth transition to post-implementation support.
- Promote best practices in project management methodologies, governance, and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Higher Education, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise software implementation projects, preferably within Higher Education.
- Proven experience implementing and managing Student Information Systems (SIS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions.
- Strong understanding of Higher Education business processes, including Student Lifecycle, Admissions, Registration, Academic Records, Finance, and Student Services.
- Demonstrated experience leading full project lifecycles, from discovery and planning through implementation, go-live, and post-production support.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
- Experience managing executive stakeholders, project budgets, timelines, risks, and cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex implementation projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with international clients and distributed teams.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with solutions such as Ellucian Banner, Colleague, PowerCampus, Anthology Student, Workday Student, PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, Oracle ERP, SAP, or similar enterprise platforms is highly desirable.
- Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
