MPs partner with Regional and Senior Medical Directors to align clinical initiatives with savings goals and provide the business case and direction for field team practice interactions. Market Presidents display a strong “company first” mentality, lending perspective, thought leadership and collaboration to help Aledade innovate, improve and scale across departments. They also have active involvement in Market Leadership Meetings/Retreats, Strategy & Priority Meetings and Key Results.
