Position Summary:  The Manager, Packaging Engineer will play a key role in driving packaging development across Naturium reporting to the Sr. Manager of Package Engineer. The engineer will be part of the team leading the packaging efforts to phase packaging portfolio into global sustainability compliancy are delivered with excellence.

The Manager, Packaging Engineer role is based in E.L.F. LA office and will work collaboratively with the packaging compliance & sustainability team in Oakland CA, PD, Sourcing, planning, creative team in LA. 

The individual will be responsible for assessing how sustainability and compliancy regulations apply to the packaging portfolio and lead packaging development from sustainability goals, technical analysis, testing, packaging decoration execution with PCR, and filling. The engineer must have the ability to adapt to fast-changing environments and should be a creative problem solver, able to consider new approaches to improve the organization's competitive position.
