ELEKS Human Capital Administration is looking for a Job Architecture Specialist (Process & Job Governance Management), based in Lviv (preferred), or in Western or Central Ukraine (remote options available).      The Job Architecture Specialist is responsible for end‑to‑end ownership of the company job architecture framework and governance of job profiles across ELEKS.
The role ensures consistency of job titles, career levels, and job families across organizational structure, compensation logic, and systems. It acts as the single accountability point for job architecture integrity, supporting organizational changes and system-related updates.
