About the Role
CI&T is looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and help transform data into actionable insights that support business decisions. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, analyzing data, building dashboards, ensuring data quality, and delivering meaningful recommendations that drive business value.
Responsibilities

Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports, primarily using Power BI.

Create clear data visualizations and present insights to business stakeholders.

Ensure data quality through validation, cleansing, and integrity checks.

Collaborate with business, engineering, and data teams to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

Document analytical processes, methodologies, and data assets, including data dictionaries and catalogs.
Required Qualifications

Experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytics role.

Strong knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis and manipulation.

Experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI.

Knowledge of other BI tools such as Tableau or Amazon QuickSight is a plus.

Experience with data cleansing, transformation, and integration.

Understanding of databases, data warehousing, and data modeling concepts.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences

- Experience with statistical analysis techniques.
