Job Summary:   We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Filevine Administrator with strong experience in legal operations and project management to assist customers in optimizing their use of Filevine legal tech platform. This role is integral in aligning technology solutions with the client law firm’s operational goals, ensuring streamlined workflows, and driving adoption across teams.   The ideal candidate brings a background in technical system administration paired with proven experience in SaaS ecosystems, workflow automation, and platform administration. You’ll serve as both a problem-solver and a strategic advisor, capable of leading cross-functional initiatives, managing platform updates, and training staff.   This role will be covering Eastern Time Zone hours
