Program Objectives
- Systems Deployment & Integration: Learn to execute and support the physical and logical integration of complex hardware-software platforms across diverse operational environments.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Assist senior engineers with the installation, configuration, and diagnostics of electromechanical systems, specialized hardware components, and integrated software suites.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with Mechanical, Electrical, and Systems Engineering teams to gain exposure to the full product lifecycle, from prototyping and assembly to final field implementation.
- System Performance & Validation: Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to hardware reliability, system uptime, and integration success to ensure technical requirements are met.
- Design & Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve technical documentation, assembly checklists, and hardware installation workflows to enhance repeatability and scalability.
- Operational Technology (OT) Navigation: Gain hands-on experience working within specialized environments (e.g., manufacturing floors, secure facilities, or transit hubs) and navigating the constraints of regulated sites.
- Field Operations & Scaling: Contribute to the development of standardized engineering toolkits and deployment manuals to streamline the scaling of physical system rollouts.
- Willingness to travel (up to ~50% as needed).
