Position Summary:
Analytic Services, Inc. (ANSER) is seeking a Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Policy and Deterrence Division (CPDD) Deputy Division Manager to work in support of the CPDD Division Manager in managing a diverse portfolio of CWMD contracts and in sustaining and growing the division’s contract base.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Support contract administration actions for all CPDD contracts by:
- Submitting Direct Charge Forms (DCFs);
- Coordinating with the ANSER Contracts Team on Purchase Orders;
- Creating staff and subcontractor assignments; and
- Supporting other actions, as needed.
- Contribute to CPDD contract financial management and forecasting actions by:
- Participating in recurring meetings with the Program Advisory Group (PAG);
- Providing inputs to the CPDD Annual Operating Plan, as required;
- Supporting CPDD’s achievement of gross and net margin goals; and
- Supporting other actions, as needed.
- Assist the CPDD Division Manager in leading and managing division employees, in collaboration with the CPDD Project Managers and Team Leads, by developing, coaching, and supporting individual employees.
- Support CPDD hiring and recruiting actions, as needed.
- Contribute to CPDD-led request for information (RFI) and request for proposals (RFP) responses.
- Draft past performance write-ups for CPDD contracts.
- Support the CPDD Division Manager on client engagements.
- Support the management and oversight of the ANSER SCIF buildout and maintenance once SCIF accreditation is received.
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS security clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline, such as project management.
- 10+ years of relevant work experience related to project/program management, etc.
- 5+ years of experience leading and overseeing diverse contract teams.
- 5+ years of experience managing direct reports across multiple functional areas.
- Experience managing contracts.
- Ability to travel to client locations in the National Capitol Region multiple times throughout the week.
Desired Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience managing other managers.
- Experience supporting DoW CWMD efforts, including nuclear deterrence; chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear defense; threat reduction and arms control; etc.
- Experience working on-site at one or more of the CPDD’s client offices (i.e., Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of War for Nuclear Matters (ODASW(NM)); Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of War for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense (ODASW(CBRND)); Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of War for Threat Reduction and Arms Control (ODASW(TRAC)); the Joint Requirements Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense (JRO-CBRND); or the Air Force A10).

Full Time Salary Range for this position for this position: $128,800—$186,700 USD
