Regarding the role:   The HR Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that the company adheres to all applicable labor laws, employment regulations, and internal HR policies. The HR Compliance Manager will monitor HR practices, conduct audits, manage risk, and implement compliance training programs, while ensuring that company policies align with legal frameworks in all the regions we operate.
