About the Role Redhorse is transforming how the government utilizes data and technology. We are looking for an experienced Amazon Web Services (AWS) Application Development Lead, to join our team and take ownership of designing, building, and maintaining a web-based internal tool that will be used by non-technical end users. This crucial role will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of government operations, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to mission-critical projects. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in AWS cloud services and application development on classified Sponsor systems, who can guide the engineering team in delivering secure, scalable, and compliant solutions. You will lead a team, design and implement innovative solutions, and contribute to a forward-thinking environment. You will be responsible for leading the technical design and implementation of the tool, ensuring that development practices align with Sponsor requirements, security standards, and federal compliance frameworks.
